1. The promoter of this competition is Allianz which is a trading name of Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited (with company number: 03232514) and whose registered office is at 57 Ladymead, Guildford, Surrey GU1 1DB (the “Promoter”).
2. An eligible entrant is an entrant who has a valid and in force Allianz car or home insurance policy on the final date of the Promotional Period (13th June 2024), is aged 18 years old or over and is a UK resident. Proof of identity and age may be required. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification (“Eligible Entrants”).
3. The opening date for entries is 12:00pm on 3rd June 2024 and the closing date for entries is 23:59pm on 30th June 2024 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To enter the competition, Eligible Entrants complete the entry form hosted on the webpage https://cloud.comms.allianz.co.uk/formulaeprizedrawentry, answer the question correctly and click the submit button, during the Promotional Period. By clicking the submit button, Eligible Entrants will be entered into the competition based on the email address entered in the entry form.
5. All Allianz insurance policies are subject to and issued in accordance with the Promoter’s underwriting eligibility criteria.
6. Three winners and two runners-up will be chosen at random from all of the valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotional Period. Each winner will win a pair of Emotion Club tickets to the 2024 Hankook London Formula E-Prix on Sunday 21st July 2024 worth £2,325 each and each runner-up will win a pair of Electric Lounge hospitality tickets to the 2024 Hankook London Formula E-Prix on Sunday 21st July 2024 worth £400 each. Winners and runners-up must arrange their own travel and accommodation at their own expense.
7. All employees of the Promoter, and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, their immediate families and anyone involved in the promotion of the competition, including any printers and agents, suppliers of the prize and any other companies associated with the competition, are excluded from entry.
8. Only one entry may be made per person. The Promoter will disallow duplicate entries where it finds them. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
9. Prizes shall be awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and if it considers any entrant has acted inappropriately or dishonestly in entering into the competition, it reserves the right to refuse to award any prize. The winners and runners-up will be confirmed by email and failure to provide accurate contact details may result in disqualification from this competition. If they cannot be contacted within seven days, the Promoter reserves the right to offer that prize to the next Eligible Entrant drawn at random.
10. No responsibility is accepted for lost entries, delayed entries or mis-transmitted entries.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place for the competition.
12. Once the winners and runners-up have been contacted the winners and runners-up consent to their surnames and counties being announced on the Promoter’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/allianzinsuranceuk.
13. Winners and runners-up will participate in all required publicly and the Promoter reserves the right to publish the names and photos of winners and runners-up in post event publications and on the Promoter’s website and/or social media sites. Winners and runners-up will reasonably cooperate with all required publicity as a result of winning.
14. If you object to any or all of your details (in accordance with clause 13 above) surname, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at digitalhelp@allianz.co.uk prior to 4th July 2024.
15. Notwithstanding clause 14 above, the winners’ and runners-up details and winning entries (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards authority on request.

17. Prizes are stated and are subject to availability. In the event of any prize being unavailable for any reason outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The Promoter is not responsible for the quality of any goods or services supplied.
18. All prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative. The winner will be liable for all costs and expenses not stated relating to claiming the prize. Prizes may be taxable and the winner will be responsible for any tax arising.
19. All prizes will be sent within 16 days of notification as long as valid contact details are provided.
20. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter further reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the competition where necessary to do so.
21. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. Contact information about entrants is collected by the Promoter in order to contact them about the promotion and to award prizes.
22. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Eligible Entrants understand and agree that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not Facebook. By entering this competition, each Eligible Entrant releases Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the competition. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this competition must be directed to the Promoter, not Facebook.
23. By entering into the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
26. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability.
